A Series of Tiny Paintings

 Watercolor is my preferred medium, and I carry a pocket palette, water-well brushes, and small 2x3 inch watercolor pages for convenient on-the-go painting.  These compact canvases help me capture often-overlooked details in nature, showcasing elements that typically fade into the background.  I love the quick turnaround time for my tiny paintings, averaging about 1 hour 30 minutes,  allowing me to paint without feeling rushed. 

Most of my paintings are done on thick cardstock or watercolor paper, but a few are painted on Yupo, a glossy paper that repels water, creating intriguing and unique textures.
